You choose what works best: Jira for task tracking, Discord or Slack for quick messaging, email for formal updates, and Zoom for video calls and demos.
Are there any extra costs beyond the project fee?
Third-party costs like domain registration, hosting fees, and external API subscriptions (e.g., OpenAI, Stripe) are paid directly by you. We’ll flag these upfront so there are no surprises.
What does the 30-day post-launch support cover?
Bug fixes and minor issues related to what we built. If you need new features or major changes after launch, we can discuss a maintenance retainer or a new project scope.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do — 100%. From day one, you own everything: source code, design assets, documentation. We hand over the full GitHub repository and all credentials.
What if I’m not happy with the progress?
You see working software every week via demos. If something isn’t right, we adjust immediately. The weekly demo cycle ensures we never drift far from your vision.
